    星期五上午第四节课,我们上了一堂别有风趣的音乐课我们进行了音乐考试。

    早在第三节课下课时,同学们就控制不住自己喜悦的心情了,逢人便说:听说了吗?音乐课要考试!当时我也说许多同学说起这事,心生疑惑:“音乐是笔试还是现唱呢?若是现唱那还好些,可若是笔试,我就完了!

    怀着忐忑不安的心情,坐在位置上,静待铃声响起。不久后老师走进教室,向我们说明了考试流程:每十人一组上台唱这学期学过的歌,歌曲自定,统一评分。这样一来,我就放心了还好还是笔试!

    可老师把分组名单念完后,我却发现没有我的名字。我本是想说的,可看到一位也被遗漏的同学向老师说时,老师说:“先等会儿。”我便打消了这个念头:我若举手,也是如此吧?我翻开书准备先复习复习,但我仍是很担心:这么多首歌中只有《少年中国说》是我掌握的不错的。可看到前几组同学唱的都是这首歌,我就放心了。大家都会唱这一首吧?到最后一组人上台,我给老师说明了情况,毕竟再不说也来不及了啊!还好,我就是这一组的,只是老师漏读了而已。

    我和大家并排站着,保持着“六齿微笑”,不过只有右边五六个同学来在商议歌曲,我也只有祈祷的份儿了。最后,歌定下来了:《我相信》。哦,不!虽然我是会背曲,可我也背得不熟哇!为什么不唱《少年中国说》呢!不过,既然定下了,那就好好唱吧。哎!分儿高不了喽!

    “我想飞上天”一位同学起头后,大家都唱了起来。我也以我最好的状态去唱,毕竟在展示时不能有半点儿负面情绪。不过老师是从左向右看的,也就是说唱到约五分之四时,老师才会瞟向我。这下完了,我从四分之三处就把词儿忘得差不多了!没办法,也只好硬着头皮唱下去,却殊不知笑容己逐渐凝固。当老师看向我时,我正不知所措地乱唱着,口型是完全不对的,这下考砸了!

    下台后,我在座位上无精打采地做着,听老师念分数(我是十八分)。虽然十八分对于我刚才的表现已经是很高的了,可我正常的水平可比这要好哇!为什么考前我偏偏只背那一首歌的歌词呢!怎么就不看看《我相信》?仅管现在悔恨万分,可又有什么用呢?世上没有后悔药,时间更不可倒流啊!但老师的一句话让我两眼直放光:“对自己成绩不满意的'同学,可以上台单独演唱,有机会加分!”

    我多希望这时上去几位同学拖下时间,让我再多看几眼书,背几句歌词啊!终于有人举手了,两人分唱了《我和我的祖国》和《樱花》。我没细听,注意力全在书上,恨不得把共上的一字一画全都印在脑中。最后他们都加了0。5分,看看分针:它似乎要刻意和我作对,急促地跑着,仅有几小格便要指向12了,我怎愿就此放弃?毅然举了手,昂首走上了台。

    “红日初生”我以最佳的嗓音,最洪亮的声音,把对这首歌最深的理解竟不保留地撒向都室的每一个角落。我听不出自己唱出的是怎样的声音,但我知道这已经是我最佳的状态了。

    刚刚收尾,大家都献出了热烈的掌声,都在喊着“一点五,一点五”我异常激动,但还是控制住自己喜悦的心情,等待老师的结果。在这期间,空气仿佛静止了,不管教室里怎样沸腾,这里似乎只有我一个人,时钟滴答地响着,时间一点点地流逝,莫非这便是度秒如年?最后,老师说:“在于音准把握地不错,加一分!”我欢喜后又有一丝丝的性悔恨:“为什么不先准备好?只有一次独唱的机会啊!为什么不抓住那零点五分呢?不过,以我的水平,这已经足够了。

    回到位置上,从一上台便开始发抖的腿依然抖着。是紧张?是激动?我不知道。

    这次我吸取了经验,下学期一定更努力,我永远也不会放弃对那零点五分的追求。不为同学、老师的夸赞,不为期未排名的前进,只为证明我能行!

    下面,我向大家分享一个小故事:

    早年,尼泊尔的喜马拉雅山南麓很少有外国人涉足。一天,几位日本摄影师请当地一位少年代买啤酒,这位少年为之跑了3个多小时。第二天,那个少年又自告奋勇地再替他们买啤酒。这次摄影师们给了他很多钱,但直到第三天下午那个少年还没回来。于是,摄影师们议论纷纷,都认为那个少年把钱骗走了。第三天夜里,那个少年却敲开了摄影师的门。原来,他在一个地方只购得4瓶啤酒,于是,他又翻了一座山,趟过一条河才购得另外6瓶,返回时摔坏了3瓶。他哭着拿着碎玻璃片,向摄影师交回零钱,在场的人无不动容。这个故事使许多外国人深受。后来,到这儿的游客就越来越多。

    这个故事告诉我们的是:诚信给予我们的不仅是对自己的肯定更是他人的尊重。

    诚信是的基础,而考试也离不开诚信。我们即将迎来的期中考试是对一个人阶段综合表现的衡量,它不仅能测试出我们对所学知识的掌握程度,也能测出我们在学习技巧和记忆力方面的有效度,使我们能客观地评估自己的学习质量,更溶入了我们的诚信原则与老师对我们的信任。

    要考试了,我又长长地叹了一口吻。同桌不解地望了我一眼,很为我这样在年级里成绩数一数二的优秀学生的叹息而迷惑。可他哪里知道,如果我在这场月考中考砸了,成绩退步了,等待我的会是什么呢?

    可我,闭着眼睛都能想像得到……

    等我承认完了错误,妈妈立马就唠叨起来:“就知道玩,一点也不当真!你知不知道重点高中是怎么考的?你认为天上会掉馅饼!……”这时,我早已想哭,但我不能哭,我只能在心底哭。我考不好,我的心已经在自责、在流泪,可我还要被爱我的老师找去谈话,更要被爱我的父母埋怨、求全……

    In the given memorandum, the director of human resources department concluded that the employee satisfactory was surely improved after HR department’s effort on enhancing communication between management team and the staff. To support his idea, he alleged that such communication was ranked top in a previous survey so that this issue must be the cared most by employees. At first glance, this conclusion seems to some extent convincing. However, with close examination, we can find at least 3 logic flaws. I would like to discuss in the following paragraphs to disclose how groundless the allegation is.

    First, the director’s conclusion is based on a doubtful survey. As the director introduced, the methodology of this survey is to have employees rank the issues according to the importance. To find out whether the survey results are reliable, we need to ask several questions: How many employees are included in this survey? Are they representative to the total staff? Does the questionnaire included all the issues cared by the employees? Is there any possibility that the staff are unwilling to disclose their true thoughts since the survey might require them to sign their names on the questionnaire? Without answers to the questions above, the director can not responsibly conclude that the survey result is reliable enough for the management to draw a decision.

    Second, given the survey result is representative and reliable, the communication issue constantly ranked top only suggests that it’s considered important, rather than that management need to improve. Very possibly, the management communication is already well carried out in company X, while some other issues ranked second or third, which are still important, are poorly noticed, and are the real cause of dissatisfaction

    Last but not least, even if the communication issue is the key to enhance employee moral, and more effort focused on this issue is the right way to solve the problem, however, this does not guarantee that the issue is solved. The director should carefully examine the effect of such actions - maybe through another survey - so as to make sure that every effort they made has achieved the expected result.

    In summation, the argument is not as persuasive as it stands. Since the survey has not been proven reliable and the importance of communication does not necessarily suggest that there is any weakness on the issue, we have every reason to cast our doubt on the director’s conclusion that enhancing communication is the key to improve morale. Furthermore, it is imprudent for the director to suggest that the campaign that his department held is effective. To convince us, the director needs to demonstrate that employee’s satisfaction does rise after the campaign. With such solid evidence, the arguer could further explore on the questionnaire and take some other solutions into account rather than directly jump into suggestion/conclution that… .

    1981年的第20期《中国青年》发表了一篇调查摘要《来自中学生的呼声》,杂志社特地请叶圣陶就此发表意见。87岁高龄的叶老视力极度衰退,就让家里人念给他听,念者的声音越来越哽咽,叶老也越听越气闷难受,他便写下了《我呼吁》一文,叶老说:“爱护后代就是爱护祖国未来。

    中学生在高考的压力下已经喘不过气来了,解救他们已经是当前刻不容缓的事,恳请大家切勿等闲视之。”升学率不是评判教育的惟一标准。如果说这是气闷之余所写,对一个又一个的部门或行业的“请求”和提出自己的愿望的话,那么,一个多月后的教育部座谈会上,叶老就进行了进一步的思考,在《还要呼吁》一文中记录了这次发言的内容。对于片面追求升学率的问题,他提出了两点意见:一是端正教育思想,二是改进教学方法。1982年12月在中国民主促进会中常委会上,叶老作了题为《知识分子何以自处?》的讲话,讲话中在提了关于教育的三个问题,即“为什么要办教育?教育究竟是干什么的?教育这个词儿究竟包含哪些内容?”之后,又问“你把升学率的高低作为评判教育质量的惟一标准,又是什么理由呢?”

    “砰”的一声,吓了我一跳,我停下笔,抬头一看,原来是府逸刚和陈欣昱等人把门窗都关得严严实实的。李海榕跑到门边去开门,紧接着李志又“砰”一下把门关上,真是吵死人了,还让不让我考试啊?“有耳塞吗?有耳塞吗?”单欣雅、周梓渝等人装模作样地到讲台上抽了两张纸塞到耳朵里,陆宇轩甚至把整包纸巾都拿走了。班里乱哄哄的。值日班长周梓渝刚想上去管,就有人开口了:“这是无人监考考场!”没办法,我摇了摇头,继续答题。总算做完一面了,当我抬起头准备翻考卷时,我发现坐在我旁边的李海榕有点反常。他侧着身子,把头转过来,像长颈鹿一样伸长了脖子紧盯着我的试卷看。瞧一瞧,回头写一写,再瞧一瞧,再写一写。哼,这不是明摆着偷看吗?我立即捂住做好的`部分。突然文老师打开后门,进来拍照,班里顿时鸦雀无声,戴“耳塞”的同学立刻把他拔下,顺手扔掉。真是两面派!待文老师走后,刚刚恢复的宁静又被陆宇轩打破了。他开心地唱起了一人转,一会儿骂何彦恺“荷包蛋”,一会儿又骂周梓渝“周杰伦”。看着这场闹剧越演越欢,我开始酝酿一个“阴谋”:待会儿下课就去举报他们!可是,如果举报,以后一离开位子就会被某些人“绑架”,然后被“质问”。可要是不举报,难道就任由他们这样无法无天吗?想着想着,突然,一声“只有十三分钟了!”把我从幻想中揪了出来,赶紧把剩下的题做完。时间一分一秒地过去接二连三地有人喊道“只有十分钟了!”“只有五分钟了!”从开始考试到现在,班里的声音基本上就没停过。

    呀,陆老师从前门进来了,全班顿时安静地不能再安静了。这真是一场特别的考验——诚信的考试!

    “学习成绩普普通通,平时校内表现并不出众”这是父母对我的总体评价。也许对吧,我时常在心中回想。

    正是“普通”与我有缘,幸运之门向我敞开,我有幸考入了我们滕州中等师范学校(普师班)。而我依然是那样平常与普通,日子过得平淡如水。任课老师曾说过:“一个中专生如能有一专多能,将来能更好地适应社会、立足社会,被别人所赏识、重用”。而我们班中有几个同学因多才多艺(歌唱得好,舞跳得好,成绩突出,一手好字)成了老师的宠儿,被同学们尊奉、羡慕、甚至嫉妒。因而他们有的便得意洋洋、心高气傲、恃才不羁了。的秋季的一天,班里一位外号叫“猫猫熊”的漂亮女生,手捧着自考合格单在班内高呼:“噢,我过关了!”很显然从她的表情里充满了对我们平常之辈的蔑视之情。恰巧我在第一现场,气血直往脑门上冲,我的倔劲上来了,“树活一张皮,人争一口气”有什么了不起,你能做到的事情,我也能做到。我下定了决心不能服输,经多方打探和精心准备,自学考试我大张旗鼓、轰轰烈烈地报了名。不过说实话,报名时我还真有点胆怯,但报名的消息全班都知道了。我也只能破釜沉舟,背水一战了。

    于是,选取与师范课程有联系的心理学和现代汉语,为了给自己鼓励,我时常哼着“付出总有回报,要做就做最好”,接着便附诸行动。早晨:每天比同宿舍的人早起半小时,阅读心理学;午饭后:挤出半小时理解现代汉语常识;晚上:晚睡半小时,用来复习当天所学知识。刚开始的一个星期,真是忙得不亦乐乎,阅读中常分不清主次,真是胡子眉毛一把抓,接下去的一个星期,我主要在揣摩怎样把握方法,提高自学的效率上下功夫,后来我又反复体会自学大纲中的要点提示。尤其心理学,为了避免自己混淆某些定义,专门做了读书摘记,把一些是似而非的语句进行摘记,以便于挤时间加强记忆。不过,有时也会对着自个唉声叹气:什么自学成才,纯粹是难为自己。

    付出与回报是孪生兄弟。204月份,我所报考的自学科目顺利过关,那时的我激动、喜悦、自豪、骄傲……总之,别有一番滋味在心头。自考的路上,我在为自己的倔劲不断努力,与此同时,长了见识,又考验了个人毅力,体味到了在知识海洋中遨游的乐趣。

    人们常说苦乐相伴,是的,随着以后不间断地学习,着实让我感到了什么是苦。学习外国文学进一步了解到大多数文学作品之所以有着独特之处,是因为大都是文学中的名篇选读。深入分析作家的作品谈何容易?生性讨厌繁杂的我,开始一读便被一些外国人名弄得焦头烂额。如什么乔治。戈登。拜论、玛丽雅娜、克劳狄斯等。瞧着这些人名,心里就有些发慌。虽然心理学的学习,让我懂得了不少识记规律。可我更清楚兴趣是最好的老师,但一看到外国文学,我却怎么也提不起兴趣来。面对外国文学这门考试科目,我选择了放弃。一次偶然的机会,我翻阅了《三国演义》,了解了历史上少有的以少胜多、以弱胜强的著名战役“赤壁之战”。顿时,自己仿佛看到了飒爽英姿的周喻,看似弱小的'东吴一方并不弱呀,周喻他们借助了天时地利……我眼前猛然一亮,东吴为了取胜,动用了妙计,我小小的自学考试,岂不是很容易?大哥、二哥不正是我可利用的天时地利吗?大哥枣庄师专中文系毕业,他尤其擅长钻研古今中外的文学史。我的二哥可是个不爱满足的人,他正打算向本科冲刺,所以他每天除了学习还是学习。向大哥问同二哥比这样便激起了我自学的勇气。首先,我为自己拟定了学习计划,然后再逐步实施。为了能抓住要点学习,我专门整理了知识卡片,把一些难记的文学现象及术语。用最简洁的方式记下来,以备平常茶余饭后识记。大哥二哥――我的左膀右臂。一有机会我便去问同他们比。当然这一门外国文学我轻松过关。手拿外国文学合格的通知单,真有点飘飘欲仙矣。再一次的成功给了我更多的自信。让我清醒地认识到现有的水平,取得的成绩,同时也生出一点感悟―我在这支自考大军中依旧平淡无奇,不过还好,每次报考的科目,费过一番苦功学习。便能闯关成功。

    自学考试确确实实考出了每个人的知识、能力,揭示了一个人的心理承受力。自学自考慢慢而修远兮,在这慢慢征途中,需要的是坚持不懈的毅力,不断进取的勇气和正确面对生活的态度。自考我读懂了你,今后我会再一次在自考路上挑战自己。

    “唉,第一节课就是数学单元考试了?”

    “叮铃铃……”上课铃响了,颜老师拿着一叠试卷走进教室,同学们拿起自己的书包隔在桌子的中间,以防止作弊。

    同学们都动笔写起来。我前几道小题,做得还算轻松,可做到第四大题的第三小题我就犯愁了,这道选择题选①,还是选②呢?这道小题要5分那!要是错了,优秀就达不到了。我越想越着急,眼前浮现出妈妈在考前对我说的话“你可一定要考95分以上呀!一定要考好呀!”上次我考得不理想,我向妈妈承诺一定要考95分以上!

    我想了想觉得还是先做下面的题吧!

    “叮铃铃……“下课铃响了,我急速地做完最后两题,再反过来看了前面的那道选择题。“唉,还是想不出来!”组长要收考卷了,我只好随便乱选了一个答案,希望能蒙对。

    收完考卷,同学们都在核对答案,我跟同学对了一下,他选择①,而我却选择了②。同学们都说是①。“唉。看来只能考个‘良’了”。

    上完第三节课,该是宣布成绩的时候了,老师神情严肃地走进教室,告诉我们“这次只有两个同学考满分,考到九十几的也不多。”

    老师讲完整张试卷,到发卷的时候了。同学一个个心跳加快,我的腿都发软了。

    终于报到我了,“费菊仙81分。”啊,只考了这么几分。我该怎么向爸爸妈妈交代呀?

    顿时,我的眼泪像断了线的珍珠。这时,老师来到我身边安慰我,让我分析分析没考好的缘由,还鼓励我下次努力。回到家,我冷静地想了想,觉得考不好的原因一定是平时我不够细心。考卷上的应用题和计算题都是我的不仔细所造成的。

    我觉得,我以后一定要努力再努力,改掉马虎、不细心的坏习惯。
